This website describes the property insurance appraisal work of Loss Recovery Experts and lets visitors request a review. The content provides general information about appraisal. It is not legal advice and it is not advice about a specific claim.

Your policy controls your appraisal rights and duties. Deadlines and legal questions require review of the actual policy and, where appropriate, advice from your attorney.

No engagement without a signed agreement

Reading this site, sending a review request, uploading documents, or speaking with the firm does not create an appraisal engagement. Services begin only under a written agreement signed by the client and the firm.

The signed agreement controls the role, scope, fee structure, timing, and duties for the assignment. If site content conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement governs.

One role

Loss Recovery Experts provides appraisal services through this site. Nathan Sheppard does not serve as public adjuster and appraiser on the same claim for this firm. The firm does not offer umpire services.

Results

This site publishes recorded outcomes from past appraisal cases. Those outcomes came from specific damage, documentation, policies, and panels. They do not predict or guarantee another result.

Where a case detail or document is not available for publication, the page identifies that limit instead of filling the gap.

Documents you send

Documents remain yours. By sending them, you give the firm permission to read and use them for your review and, if you engage the firm, for your appraisal. Do not send originals.

Do not upload a document you do not have the right to share.

Site content and ownership

The text and design of this site belong to Loss Recovery Experts unless a page credits another source. Carrier names and logos belong to their owners. Their display identifies insurers whose policies clients may hold. It does not claim endorsement by an insurer.

Organization names and logos belong to those organizations. A logo may be published only when the firm has the right to use it.

Accuracy and changes

We work to keep this site accurate and current. Policy forms, law, deadlines, and procedures change. Do not rely on general site content in place of your policy and current advice for your claim.

We may update this site and these terms. The posted version and effective date control use after the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
