For a claim dispute, use the review path
The review form puts the policy, insurer estimate, and claim status in front of the firm with your message. That makes the first conversation about the valuation and the deadline, not about collecting basic facts.
What to include in a first message
- Your name and the property address.
- Property type and date of loss.
- Insurer and claim number, if available.
- The insurer's first number and your documented valuation, if you have one.
- Whether appraisal has been demanded.
- Any appraiser selection deadline, stated exactly as written.
- Whether Nathan already serves in a public adjuster role on the claim.
Do not send original documents. Use the secure form upload for claim files when it is available. Copies and scans are enough for review.
