How the firm works
Nathan serves as the appraiser you select. His job is to approach the loss with an open mind, independently evaluate the amount of loss, and support the valuation with evidence, construction knowledge, documentation, and professional judgment.
The firm starts every review with the policy. It then compares the estimates, expert reports, photographs, payment letters, and current posture of the dispute. If appraisal does not fit, the review says so. If the amount in dispute does not justify the process, the review says that too.

The separation rule
Appraisal and public adjusting are different roles. Nathan does not serve as public adjuster and appraiser on the same claim. The engagement defines the role in writing before work begins.
That separation protects the appraisal. It also keeps Loss Recovery Experts independent from any separate public adjusting work. This website does not route appraisal clients into another firm or service.
